The Domain means is owned, maintained and managed by a company called NatureWings ( held under the laws of India and having its registered office at AE341, Sector -1, SaltLake City, Kolkata 700064., West Bengal India. All the liability & responsibility of will be served by NatureWings.

By using our Site you agree to these General Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy of this site and you explicitly bound by the Terms and all applicable laws and regulations that administer this Site and your booking.


NatureWings offers its customers services like Hotel Booking, Package Booking, and Car booking. Except for, all such bookings are made in offline mode. The terms and Conditions mentioned here will be applicable only for the Offline Booking method. For the Online Booking method, please refer to the Terms& Conditions section of the site

To make a booking you will be asked to submit personal information, about yourself such as your name, email address, telephone numbe, and credit card details (Personal Information). Whenever you provide such Personal Information, will collate and use such Personal Information in accordance with Privacy Policy. You are requested to read the privacy policy carefully in full before providing any Personal Information following


To confirm a booking, you must be authorized to make the booking by all persons named on the booking and their parent or guardian for all party members who are under 18 when the booking is made. By making the booking, you are confirming that all persons named on the booking accept the Terms and that you will inform the other persons named on the booking of the confirmation details and any other appropriate information. By making the booking you also become responsible for making all payments due under the booking. will confirm your booking and issue you with an email confirmation along with e-voucher with a Confirmed Status. Customers are required to produce the e-voucher at the time of check-in along with their Original Identity card. In the event of failure to produce a valid identity card customers booking may get cancelled and accommodation providers may deny entry to their premises. In case of very unlikely situation due to technical or any other reasons , rooms are not available , may intimate the guests about the non-availability of the rooms and will provide the guests a similar kind of accommodation or can issue a credit voucher valid for one year or refund the full amount , as desired by the customer.

If you call by telephone or are called by regarding your booking, calls may be recorded for monitoring and training purposes. In the event of a dispute regarding a booking, reserves the right to review all such recorded call information.


You may modify or cancel your booking at any time before your arrival date by sending us an email with your booking reference id and your mobile no provided at the time of booking at subject to cancellation terms and conditions. will not process any cancellation/modification request over phone. Only Email Request will be entertained for cancellation or amendment. Amendment /modification request can be entertained subject to availability of hotel rooms in the respective hotels for the respective category of rooms. If the respective category of rooms is not available at the respective hotel, then the amendment request will be treated as a cancellation. For modification/amendment, however, there will be no charge.

The Cancellation amount will be applied to the total booking amount. In the case of Package booking, Start Date of the journey will be treated as zero-days and individual Hotel Check-in-Date will not be considered.

No refund will be processed if it is canceled within 6 days before the check-in-date/Start Date of the Journey. For consideration of no of days, the check-in /Start Date will be excluded. So, for any cancellation request made within 6 days from the date of check-in/Start Date of the Journey, it will be treated as “No-Show” and No refund will be processed.

Refund Policy

No cancellation will be accepted over the telephone. Please send us an mail to naturewings.m@gmail.comwith your booking reference ID and mobile number along with your Bank Details. The refunded amount will be processed and refunded to your respective Bank Account within 5-7 business days from the date of such cancellation request. In no circumstances, cash will be refunded.


You warrant that you are 18 years of age or over and have the legal capacity to use the Site and to create a legally binding contract.

You warrant that all personal information submitted during accommodation booking is correct and you accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.

BEFORE YOU TRAVEL is not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to any particular destination. shall not be liable for any expense incurred resulting from your missing, incomplete or incorrect documentation or any non-compliance with requirements.


You are strongly advised to take out adequate travel insurance prior to arriving at your destination. It is your responsibility to check you have adequate insurance cover. The insurance should cover, amongst other things, the cost of cancellation by you, personal losses, all medical costs and the costs of assistance including returning to the home destination in the event of an accident or illness.

FORCE MAJEURE will not be liable for any changes, cancellation, effect on your booking, loss or damage suffered by you or your team member for any failure by the accommodation providers and/or to perform or properly perform any of our respective obligations to you which is due to any event(s) or circumstance(s) if the non-performance is caused by force majeure. By way of example force majeure includes, but is not limited to, war, revolution, terrorist act, closure of borders, epidemic, natural catastrophe, political and social strike /bandth, weather condition, change of Govt policy regarding issuance of permits, imposition of restriction on permits by the govt authority or any other causes that seriously affect both parties and other unforeseeable causes beyond's control. In such a case, any additional expenses, if any needs to borne by the customers at the spot only


In the unlikely event that you have reason to complain or experience any problems or you are in emergency or distress, please write an email to and in case of unavailability of internet facility to the customers, customers are requested to feel free to call our 24X7 Helpline no 96746-16394 and will take appropriate action at the earliest opportunity and will help the customers to resolve their needs.


This agreement will be governed by the law of India and any disputes will be dealt with by the Indian courts under the jurisdiction of Kolkata West Bengal.
